One of the Nine Centres

Solar Plexus Centre

The Solar Plexus is the centre of emotions, feelings, moods, and desire, the deep chemistry that colours human experience. When it is defined, as yours is, it runs a consistent emotional wave that moves you over time from hope toward pain and back again, and it is your inner authority for every important decision. There is no truth in the emotional now; clarity arrives only as you ride the wave to its calmer places.

Defined Solar Plexus

Self

With a defined Solar Plexus you carry a powerful, ever-moving feeling nature, and its first rule is patience. Your emotions rise and fall in a wave that owns its own timing, with no reasons attached, so a bright yes at the peak and a heavy no in the trough are both only weather, not truth. This is why waiting is your path to clarity: sleep on anything that matters, feel it across several days, and let the wave level out before you commit. What looks urgent almost never is. Given time, the same choice looks steady from the top, the bottom, and the calm in between, and that steadiness is your real answer. Lived this way, your depth becomes emotional intelligence, and you send calm rather than turbulence into the rooms you enter.

Not-Self

The trap is acting in the now. Because a feeling can be so vivid and convincing, you may treat this moment's high or low as the truth and decide on the spot, saying yes at the peak or slamming the door at the bottom, then living with the consequences once the wave has moved on. Another distortion is rationalising: hunting for a reason you feel low, or blaming a person or event for what is simply chemistry in motion. Fighting the downswing as though something were wrong with you only deepens it. Rushing, reacting, and being run by the mood all come from forgetting that the wave has its own timing. The correction is simple and hard: do not decide in the heat of a feeling. Wait it out, and let clarity come.

Undefined Solar Plexus

The Solar Plexus is your emotional centre: the source of feelings, moods, and the waves that move between hope and pain. Yours is undefined, carrying a gate or two but no complete channel, so you have no steady emotional weather of your own. Instead you take in and amplify the emotional field around you, which makes this one of the most conditioning centres to understand.

Self

An undefined Solar Plexus works like a finely tuned antenna for feeling. You absorb the emotions present in a room and amplify them, often sensing someone's joy, tension, or sadness more sharply than they do themselves. Left to your own devices you are naturally emotionally cool, which is exactly what makes you such a clear read on everyone else's emotional state. The wisdom here is enormous once you stop claiming what you pick up: notice the feeling, let it inform you, and let it pass through without deciding it is yours. That turns your sensitivity into deep empathy and genuine attunement, the ability to know who is emotionally healthy and who is not. Time alone each day helps the charge you have gathered drain away, and never making decisions in the heat of a feeling keeps you steady and true.

Not-Self

The classic distortion is building a life around avoiding confrontation and truth. Because emotional discomfort hits you at amplified volume, the conditioned mind learns to dodge it: you swallow your own needs, soften every hard thing, stay endlessly nice, and choose whatever keeps other people comfortable rather than what is actually right for you. Riding others' waves, you can mistake their turbulence for your own and then blame or shame yourself for feelings that were never yours to carry. Lived this way, everything stays superficial, and the honesty that could set you free keeps getting postponed. The gentle correction is to stop making decisions from an emotional charge. When intensity rises, step out of the room, let it settle, and let your own authority speak. Handled cleanly, the truth you were avoiding usually turns out kinder than the avoidance.

Open Solar Plexus

The Solar Plexus is both a motor and an awareness center: the source of emotions, desire, passion, and sensitivity, moving in waves between hope and pain. No center has a deeper impact on human life. Yours is completely open, with no gates activated at all, which shapes how you experience the entire emotional world.

Self

Your Solar Plexus works like an open window onto the emotional field. You absorb the feelings of the people around you and amplify them, feeling their joy, tension, or sadness more strongly than they do. With no activated gates, there is no familiar emotional note of your own to hold onto, so the healthiest move is simple: notice the feeling, enjoy or learn from it, and let it pass through without claiming it. Left to yourself you are naturally emotionally cool, which makes you a remarkably clear barometer of everyone else's emotional weather. Time alone each day lets the charge you have soaked up drain away. Matured, this openness becomes some of the deepest wisdom there is about emotions, felt in their purest state, uncoloured by any bias of your own.

Not-Self

The classic distortion of this openness is avoiding confrontation and truth. Because emotional discomfort hits you at amplified volume, the conditioned mind builds a life around dodging it: swallowing your needs, softening every hard thing, being endlessly nice, and making decisions based on what will keep other people comfortable rather than on what is correct for you. The self-check is: am I avoiding confrontation and truth? Lived this way, life stays superficial, and you may ride other people's emotional waves believing the turbulence is yours, then blame or shame yourself for feelings that never belonged to you. Never make decisions from an emotional charge. When the intensity rises, step out of the room, let it settle, and let your own authority speak. Handled honestly, confrontation usually turns out kinder than avoidance.
