Line 1 - The Law of Necessity
Exalted: (Jupiter) Understanding that change only draws support when people can see it is genuinely needed. You grasp that law and apply it, so your principles land as workable rather than as demands, and backing grows around them.
Detriment: (Sun) Manufacturing the necessity, causing disorder so you can point at disorder as proof. Sensitivity to rejection turns a principle into a crusade, and influence gets spent on stirring things up rather than reforming them.
Line 2 - The Last Resort
Exalted: (Earth) The patience to exhaust every peaceful route first, and only then, once you are satisfied nothing else can work, to plan carefully before overturning anything. You explore every possibility before you reject any of it.
Detriment: (Pluto) An urge for upheaval that cannot sit still through negotiation. Impatient with accommodation, you move without the broad backing you need, and the change you force ends up standing on very little.
Line 3 - Popular Discontent
Exalted: (Neptune) Once the restrictions have lifted, the capacity to dismantle forms that have outlived their use. You can feel clearly when a principle or a relationship has failed, and you let it go.
Detriment: (Pluto) A savagery in clearing out the old that leaves marks on whatever comes next. Rejection delivered without care, so the new order carries scars it never had to carry.
Line 4 - Platform
Exalted: (Jupiter) A clear agenda for how people should be treated, guarantees and rights that make replacing the old order feel just and worth having. You are tuned to what society actually needs.
Detriment: (Mars) Promises made freely with little chance of ever being kept. Support gets bought with words, and the needs of others are taken advantage of rather than met.
Line 5 - Organization
Exalted: (Moon) Practical provision for what people need while everything is being remade. Attending to real, ordinary needs is what keeps support alive and understanding intact through a period of upheaval.
Detriment: (Mars) Organising power so that authority is clearly defined, and letting the higher principle slip in the process. Structure comes first, and the reason for the change quietly gets left behind.
Line 6 - Attraction
Exalted: (Neptune) An impressionability that turns the undecided into the committed. You can take people in, move them, and transform them, and that pull is what gives a principle its reach.
Detriment: (Saturn) A hardened refusal that rejects people and principles as a matter of course. Oversensitivity makes turning away the reflex, and the stubbornness can cost you the very support that would have carried the change.
