Detriment: (Jupiter) A sharp eye for undiscovered talent in others, used mainly to advance yourself. Spotting potential becomes a way to ride someone else's success rather than build your own.

Detriment: (Pluto) Success that turns on its supporters. In achievement there can be an impulse to dismiss or wound the very people whose help made the rise possible.

Detriment: (Neptune) An irrational rejection of the very routines that have proven successful, saying no to your own winning rhythm and undercutting the progress it was steadily delivering.

Exalted: (Saturn) The wisdom to weigh what a commitment will cost you before you make it. Saying no to what would box you in is how you keep your identity intact, and the discernment is worth the awkwardness.
Detriment: (Neptune) Saying yes to everything and overextending until the promises start breaking. It fools you as much as it fools them, and a drive for success that cannot say no ends up costing you your word.
