You feel the whole of life as worth loving, you meet it through the body, you sense where the health has gone out of something, and you settle in and concentrate until it can come back. That is what healing means here, and it is unusually sensitive to anyone struggling with their own well-being. This is a transpersonal life, which means your purpose arrives through other people. You are drawn into their lives and they into yours, and the healing runs in both directions. Sometimes you are the one who mends, and sometimes you are the one who gets mended, and both count.
None of this shows itself all at once. A cross is a direction rather than a job description, and it reveals its meaning slowly, across years of lived experience. The way to live it well is simple to say and takes practice to trust: follow your Strategy and your Authority, and make each decision correctly for you.
