The fourth is your way of bonding, the capacity to reach past someone's defences and make a genuine connection.
These four move as one. Your resources fuel you, your spirit gives the work its passion, your bonding brings the right people close, and the contribution is what comes out. Your life keeps circling that fixed theme, and the narrowness of it is the strength. You are not swept along by the crowd, and you are not simply serving yourself. You are here to put something worthwhile in front of people and let it speak.
Timing decides everything. You need to be recognised and invited before you display what you know matters. Pushed out uninvited, it draws the wrong sort of attention. And your moods are information rather than obstacles, so let a melancholy stretch be what it is instead of forcing your way through it.
None of this arrives at once. A cross is a direction and a potential, not a job description, and it reveals itself slowly across a lifetime. The way to live it well is straightforward: follow your Strategy and Authority, and let each decision be made correctly for you.
