Line 1 - Honesty
Exalted: (Neptune) You know the whole is always bigger than the sum of its parts. That awareness keeps your creative expression honest, because you understand it only becomes worth something once it is genuinely shared.
Detriment: (Mercury) Pulling back rather than joining in. The fear of losing yourself inside a group makes you withdraw, and the contribution you were built to share never quite leaves your hands.
Line 2 - Service
Exalted: (Sun) Contribution at its cleanest, given without needing anything back. You become an example simply through the selflessness of the giving, and that is what makes it land on the people watching.
Detriment: (Earth) Service with a price tag attached. You will still be the example, but only once the reward is agreed, and the contribution quietly turns into a transaction.
Line 3 - The Phoney
Exalted: (Moon) Style perfected until nobody questions it. You can offer a polished, convincing closeness that plays the part beautifully, and the example you set lives in the manner rather than in the substance underneath.
Detriment: (Saturn) Style leaning on itself too hard. You underestimate the people watching and overestimate how long the surface will hold, and confidence with nothing behind it eventually gets found out.
Line 4 - Respect
Exalted: (Jupiter) An uncompromising drive to take part and belong. You naturally recognise what other people bring, particularly those who lead by example, and you want to be that kind of example yourself.
Detriment: (Mercury) A contribution that ignores the usual measures. Reason alone cannot pick out who really matters in a group, and the person everyone calls the leader is not always the most gifted one there.
Line 5 - Dharma
Exalted: (Jupiter) The teacher. You contribute by sharing, and you accept from the start that the sharing has a natural end. What you give is meant to be outgrown, and you let people go when they are ready.
Detriment: (Sun) The parent who cannot let the child leave. When contribution becomes an end in itself, growing independence reads as a challenge to your authority rather than the sign of a job well done.
Line 6 - Communion
Exalted: (Venus) A feel for patterns that tells you when the moment is right. Out of that harmony comes a quiet certainty, and you know exactly when to bring your creative contribution forward.
Detriment: (Pluto) Doubt that creeps in even when the conditions could not be better. The timing goes uncertain, and regret follows the contribution you made or the one you held back.
