These four move as one rhythm. You see what is broken, you form a view about how to mend it, you push until something gives, and you have the stamina to keep going when the pushing turns into a fight. Aimed at patterns and institutions, that is genuine service, and what is raw in someone else's hands can become excellent in yours. Aimed at the people closest to you it curdles into fault-finding and lands badly. This is a fixed fate: a single, specific, unwavering role. You are neither swept along by the collective nor turned inward on yourself. You are fixed on correcting, and the honest work is choosing which flaw, and which fight, is actually yours.
None of this reveals itself all at once. A cross like this is a direction, not a fixed job description, and it gives up its meaning slowly, across a lifetime of experience. The way you live it well is simple to name and takes practice to trust: follow your Strategy and your Authority, wait until your correction is asked for, and let that timing decide when you speak. Invited, your correction is welcomed and put to use. Uninvited, it is resisted, however right it happens to be.
