Yours is leadership by influence rather than by force. You see the pattern a group is following, notice where it is heading, and can name a better way forward. What you cannot do is do it for them. Your power arrives only when people choose to back you, which is why recognition matters so much here. You will naturally look for your own arena, your own pack. Not everyone leads a nation, but nobody with this wiring stays comfortable for long in a group run by someone else's authority.
This is Collective circuitry, so the leadership belongs to the whole rather than to you. It is shared, tested, and revocable. People hand you the role because they trust your grasp of what is going on, and they keep handing it to you as long as you keep being right about it. That is the deal, and it is a fair one.
The trap is pushing to lead when nobody has asked. Speak into a room that has not recognised you and you sound like an empty voice, or worse, self-righteous, and the influence evaporates. Wait for the recognition, lead the people who actually want to be led by you, and hold your answers lightly, because patterns change and today's right way forward gets tested again tomorrow.
