Talent here is not a gift you were handed at birth. It is what depth becomes after long, devoted repetition. Choose something you genuinely love, practise it far past the point where most people stop, and one day the technique falls away and what comes out is unmistakably yours. That is the wavelength: mastery that has outgrown the pattern it was built on. It might be an instrument, a craft, a body of ideas, a way of running a business, or simply an unusually well-lived life.
This is Collective circuitry, so what you master is for the whole, not only for you. It also works through recognition rather than initiation. Your talent needs to be seen, invited and supported, and it needs resources to keep growing. Being asked is not a nice extra here, it is the mechanism.
